perimeter of square = circumference of circle

Perimeter of square = 4 × side

Perimeter = 88cm

To find the area of circle,
we need to find it's radius,
Let the radius be 'r'

Circumference = 2πr

$88 = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times r$

$\frac{88 \times 7}{2 \times 22} = r$

r = 14cm

Area of circle = πr²

$= \frac{22}{7} \times {14}{} \times 14$

= 616cm²

Thus,
the area of circle is 616cm²
