A wire is bent into the form of a square of side 27.5 cm. The wire is straightened and bent into.The form of a circle. What will be the radius of the circle so formed

Total length of wire = perimeter of square

= 4 × 27.5

= 110 cm

Now , perimeter of circle = perimeter of square

2 × 22/7 × r = 110

r = 110 × 7/ 44

r = 17.5 cm
