Solution : If its bent to form a circle, the circumference of the square is the same as that of the circle. That is 4l=circumference of square

4×4cm = 16cm

Circumference of square = circumference of the circle formed.

4l=2πr

4×4cm =2×π×r

r=16cm/(2π)

r = 2.54545455cm

Circumference of circle = Perimeter of the square

Therefore, Perimeter of square = a*a
=4*4 = 16sqcm
