a wire is in the form of a circle with radius 42m . it is bent into a square. find the sides of the square ​

Hey mate!

here is your answer:

circumference of circle = circumference of square

so, 2×pie×radius=4×side

2×22/7×42=4×side

44×6=4×side

side=44×6/4=11×6=66m

Solution--------------

The perimeter of square is equal to the circumference.

So we need to find the circumference of the circle

perimeter \: of \: circle \:  = 2\pi \: r \\

2×22\7×42

2×22×6

44×6

=264cm

Now perimeter of square =4×side

then one side =side\4

= 264\4

= 66cm
