The wire is in the form of a square of side 27.5 cm.

so,length of wire = perimeter of square perimeter of square = 4 X side

= 4 X 27.5 = 110 cm

Now,

as the question says the wire went into the shape of a circle the perimeter of the square= circumference of the circle

circumference of circle = 2πr

= 2πr = 110

= 2 X 22/7 X r = 110

= 44/7 r = 110

= r = 110 X 7/44

= r = 17.5 cm

so radius = 17.5 cm

now area of circle = πr^2

= 22/7 X (17.5)^2

= 22/7 X 17.5 X. 17.5

= 962.5 cm square

hence area of circle = 962.5 cm square

I HOPE THIS WILL BE HELPFUL.

Step-by-step explanation:

Length of wire = perimeter of square

perimeter of square = 4×side

= 4×27.5=110

C = 2πr

= 2πr =110

= 2×

2 \times 22 \div 7 \times r = 110

 = 44 \div 7 \: r = 110

r = 110 \times 7 \div 44 = 17.5cm

area \:  \: of \: circle \:   = \pi \: r \:  {}^{2}

 \frac{22}{7}  \times 17.5 \times 17.5 = 962.5
