We know that the wire is in the form of circle so the length or perimeter of the wire will be equal in both cases.( p. of circle = p. of square)

perimeter of circle = 2πr

= 2 ×22/7 × 63

=2× 22 × 9

=2 × 198

= 396 m

so ;

396 = 4 × side ( p. os square )

side = 396/4

side = 99m

therefore area of square = 99×99

= 9801 sq.n
