Firstly,
We are given with the dimensions of a rectangle. That are 18.7cm and 14.3 cm.So the Perimeter of it would be
2 (18.7 +14.3) cm
=2 × 33 cm
=66 cm
As,
the same wire is bent into a circle , their perimeters would be same.

Therefore,
Perimeter Of rect.=peri. of circle
66cm=66cm
Now,
Peri of a circle= 2×22/7×radius
radius=2×22/7×1/66
therefore, radius=

Length of wire = 2× (18.7+14.3)cm
= 66cm
Circumference of circle = 66cm
let the radius be = r
2 × 22/7 × r = 66
→44/7 × r × 7/44 = 66 × 7/44
→r = 21/2 = 10.5
Radius = 10.5 cm
Area of circle = (3.14 × 10.5²)cm²
= 346.185 cm²
