Length of wire = Perimeter of Rectangle.
= 2 (42.7 + 21.8) = 2(64.5) = 129m
So length of wire is 129m.
Now if the wire is bent into a square, the Perimeter of square = Length of wire.
=> 4a = 129
=> a = 129/4 = 32.25m
So length of sides of square is 32.25m
