A wire is in the shape of a rectangle whose dimensions are 46cm×30cm.if. if the same wire is rebent in the shape of a square .find the side of square?

Given , the dimensions of the rectangularly plotted wire =

46 \times 30cm .

Therefore ,

perimeter of the wire =

2(l + b)

 = 2(46 + 30)

 = 2 \times 76

 = 152 \: {cm}^{3}

Since , the same wire is rebent in the shape of a square , Therefore ,

<br /><br />Perimeter \: of \: the \: square \: = \: Perimeter \: of \: the \: rectangle

 = &gt; 4 \times l = 152

 = &gt; l = \frac{152}{4}

 = &gt; l = 38<br /><br />Therefore , the sides of the square would be = <br /><br />[tex]38 cm
