Then,

Circumference of the circle = 2 × π × r

= (2 × 22/7 × 28) cm

= 176 cm

Then,

Area of the wire = 176 cm

Perimeter of the square = 176 cm

4 × side = 176

side = 176/4 cm = 44 cm
