Resistance of wire is 4 ohms
Since, you bent wire in cirlce resitance between two halfs of circle will become half, both resitance are in parellel.
1/R = 1/R1 + 1/R2
1/R = 1/(4/2) + 1/(4/2)
1/R = 1/2 + 1/2
1/R = 1
R = 1 Ohms
