if wire is bent in circle then along any diameter length of both the halves are same and resistor both halves are equal but both halves of wire will be in parallel connection as potential difference of both halves will be same and so net resistance along any diameter will be equal to
Req=R1*R2/R1+R2
here R1=R2
so Req=6*6/12
Req=3.
Req=R1*R2/R1+R2
here R1=R2
so Req=6*6/12
Req=3.
