resitors each of 5 ohms and these 2 resistors will be in \\ connection

i.e..

   Re=(1/5+1/5)^(-1)      which we will get in substiting the \\ resistence formula  

when we equate it we'll get 2.5 ohm

1/R = 1/R1 + 1/R2

= 1/5 + 1/5

1/R = 2 /5

so, R = 5/2

R = 2.5 ohm
