If resistor is circle is bent to a circle then
There will be two paths for the current to flow through :
- Upper half of circular resistor having 20ohm
- Lower half the circular resistor having 20ohm
Since both the upper and lower parts of resistor will be in parallel
1/Re=1/20ohm+1/20ohm
1/Re=2/20ohm
Re=10ohm
Hence resistence between two ends of the diameter of the circular resistor will be 10ohm
