if the wire is cut into equal pieces then
let the length of one wire is x
then 3x=27
x=9
since three are parallel
1÷R=3÷9=1/3
R=3

Answer:

In such a case

Reff=R/n^2

Reff=27/9=3

Note-this formula is used in only parallel
