Area of Square=s^2
Therefore,
756.25=s^2
s=sqrt.756.25
s=27.5cm

Length of wire
=perimeter of square
=4s
=4(27.5)
=110cm

Length of wire=circumference of circle
110=2(pi)(r)
110=2*22/7*r
Therefore,
r=35/2
r=17.5
