area of square=(side)^2
so side=sqrt(area)
in this case, area=196cm^2.
so side=14cm.
then, perimeter=14*4=56cm
this is also the circumference of the circle.
so, 2*pi*r=56
and r=8.91
so, area=pi*r*r=250cm^2..
hope you like it..

Given Area of square = 196cm^2.

           a^2 = 196

           a = 14 cm.

Perimeter of square = 4 * a

                                  = 4 * 14

                                   = 56.

Given that Perimeter of square of perimeter of circle

                  56 = 2pir

                  pir = 28

                   r = 28 * 7/22

                      = 196/22

                      = 98/11.

Area of circle = pi * r * r

                        = 22/7 * 98/11 * 98/11

                        = 124.72 sq.cm.

Hope this helps!
