Answer:

Length of wire is 11520 cm or 115.2 m

Step-by-step explanation:

We are Given the  Diameter of wire, d = 1 cm and Radius of Sphere, r = 6 cm

we have to find length of the wire.

Wire is in shape of cylinder.

Radius if cylinder, R = \frac{1}{2} = 0.5 cm

Length of wire = Height of cylinder

According to the question,

Volume of Cylinder = Volume of sphere

\pi R^2h=\frac{4}{3}\times\pi r^3

\frac{22}{7}\times(0.5)^2\timesh=\frac{4}{3}\times\frac{22}{7}\times6^3

h=\frac{4}{3}\times\frac{22}{7}\times216\times\frac{7}{22}\times\frac{1}{0.25}

h=4\times72\times\frac{1}{0.25}

h = 11520

Therefore, Length of wire is 11520 cm or 115.2 m
