As wire forms a square of side 22 cm
therefore it's perimeter is = 4*(length of side)

perimeter of square =4*22 cm= 88cm

Now, it shapes into a circle ,then it's perimeter will become circumference of circle.

circumference =2*π*r=88 cm
from above r (radius of circle)=44/π cm

And, area of circle is =
\pi  \times  {r}^{2}
therefore area= π*(44÷π)*(44÷π)
=
616.25 \:  {cm}^{2}
