in such cases our constitution also has provided a right i. e. right to education. this right ensures free and compulsory education for all children under the age of 14 in all the government schools providing free meals twice a day. nowadays many programmes have been launched by the government in order to teach girl child and to stop child labour. these are the ways by which the government as well as our constitution helps in providing primary education to all the children.
