Probability of having children with blood group O is 2/4.
As , mother is having O blood so her alleles would be I°I° (pure homozygous) and father having I°Ia ( his father having B blood and allele I°Ib that's only when he got I°Ia from his parents combination ). So if we cross between I°I°(pure homozygous O) and I°Ia(heterozygous A) we got 2childern with A blood and 2 with O blood.
