children have the right to study at the schools but they do child labour in the market place. here the women want to educate so she should say the sarpanch to make a free education school for the poor children

Every child is entitled to free education ,this is higlightes on the constitution .although other expenses of upkeep can be cattered for
It is an offence to keel children at home while the others are studying at school .disable children also shoild not be kept in the house ,they should be given opportunity to explore their abilities fully and to interact with one another
