$\therefore$ Length of second block = 3m 14cm

Now, Total length = Length of 1st log + Length of 2nd log

$\implies$ 3m 48cm + 3m 14cm

$\implies$ 6m 62cm

Hence, Total length of both logs is 6m 62cm
