Answer:

The work requires 10 * 12 = 120 women days.

So, 1 women works in a day is = (1/120)th

The work requires 5 * 8 = 40 men days.

So, 1 men works in a day is = (1/40)th

So, 3 men and 6 women do (6/120) + (3/40) = (6/120) + (9/120)

= (6 + 9)/120

=> 15/120

=> 1/8th of the work in a day.

Hence, 3 men and 6 women will complete the same work in 8 days.
