per hour worker earns 56/35 rs. If he works 40 hours he will earn [56/35]×40 =64 rs. Now earning increase by 1.5 times . Now worker will earn (56/35)×1.5=2.4 rs per hour . To make rs 88 he has to earn 24 rs more. To earn 24 rs he has to work for 10 hours. Hence total hours he has to work is 40+10=50 hours
