A works at a speed 2 times the speed B.

efficiency ratio of A : B = 2:1

A took x days to complete a work

B took (x + 50) days to complete a work

Total work = no. of days * efficiency

2 \times x = 1 \times( x + 50)

x = 50

A complete a work in 50 days

B complete a work in 100 days

if A works at a speed 2 times more than B.

efficiency ratio of A : B = 3:1

A took x days to complete a work

B took (x + 50) days to complete a work

Total work = no. of days * efficiency

3\times x = 1 \times( x + 50)

x = 25

A complete a work in 25 days

B complete a work in 75 days

(I'm little bit confused with the question. efficiency more than or 2 times the speed. so I add both cases)
