This association is called as parasitism . In this kind of association, one organism  associated with the other and derives nutrition for its growth from the host. The one who derives the nutrition are called as parasite while the one from which the nutrition is derived is called as a host. In this case, the cow is the host while the worm is a parasite which is deriving nutrients from the cow leaving it malnourished.
