A year ago, you lent your favorite book to a friend

who you thought would enjoy it. Unfortunately,

your friend has forgotten to return it. The book has

sentimental value to you as it had been presented by

your grandmother. Write a letter to your friend

asking how he or she is doing

reminding him / her about the book
explaining why you need it back

Dear Malker,

Its been a while since I have received your letter. Hopefully, you are doing great. How are Ria, Sami and Amelian doing? I wish I could visit you and spend some quality time with you all.

I have recently joined a large telecommunication company in Brisbane as a project manager and I am enjoying the job. Are you still taking the yoga classes? Do you still read books the way you did in the past? I wish I have been a passionate reader like you. Have you finished reading 'Lady Susan' by Jane Austen that you borrowed from me about a year ago? I quite enjoyed reading it and this book is special to me as my grandmother gave it to me on my 14th birthday. This book is a reminder of her who had been a loving personality and an idol in my teenage. I hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I did and you would not mind returning it. I consider it one of the greatest possessions of mine.

I would really appreciate if you can return the book via the postal service at your convenience. If you are yet to finish it, send me after you read it.

Why don't you visit us sometime during the summer vacation? We would be glad to have you at our home.

With lots of love,

Dora
