I am a citizen of Jaipur from Raj Nagar. I want to tell you that there is very bad condition of the bus service as well as inadequate bus service in our city.
Please take an urgent step on this matter. Citizens going to there routine work suffers from this problem. They also proposed you to take a matter in your hand but there was no response from your side. We request you to take the needful step on this matter, for those who all are dishonest with the bus service.
I feel very sorry to say this and complaining you about such matters. We hope you will do the needful as soon as possible and will took us out from this major problem.

Through this letter, I would like to draw your kind attention towards problems created due to inadequate bus service in our area.
A large crowd of people waiting for the bus to arrive at the bus stand in early morning is a common sight to see in Jaipur. It is because the number of buses allotted to our route are much less than required. As soon as the bus arrives, people start jostling with each other and have to make an effort to board the bus. This will result in some serious mishappening some day. The senior citizens and child passengers find it difficult to board the bus.
Taking into consideration the heavy demand for buses on our route, you are requested to make provisions for atleast five additional buses.
