a young healthy 18 years boy came to blood bank for donation ,before 6 months due to some minor surgery only 380 ml of packed cells were transfused to him now his he was 13.9 g/dl weight 66 kg, normal bp and pulse with normal temperature , he answers all the questions and meet the criteria ? one of technologist suggest to take blood but one of them refused him to donate blood . who was correct and why …. defend your statement with proper guidelines​
