Dear Sir/Mam,
I am a resident of Meher Colony, Nagpur. I would like to bring to your notice which is bothering me. I have recently noticed that there has been a lot of deforestation in our town. As a responsible citizen, I would like to bring this issue to your notice. There has been some serious impact of the same on the health of flora and fauna. We have witnessed lesser rainfall in the last few years because of which drought conditions have become a common scenario. Additinally, the water level is also decreasing and we could see temeprtaure shooting up every summer season.
I am worried, if the trend continues, we will have to bear serious repercussions. Through this letter, I would like to request you to take necessary actions, ensure plantation of trees, regular watering of trees on footpaths and also impose some penalties on those who are cutting of the forest.
I hope I would soon hear some positive news from your end.
