'awful' in this sentence.

But here, the writer was once recommended to use pesticides, chemicals, powdered calcium- nutrient source for his grown yard. Where, he denied and claimed to let the plants, crops grow naturally with the fertile soil which contains all the protein sources but takes plenty of time. He believed in patience and fruit one get after keeping patience.

And at the end, it was the ‘moong’ which grew and let grew on their own without harmful chemicals. Then the writer narrates it as he grew an ‘awful’ that is ‘plenty’ of moong with time and patience.
