a4+1=(a2÷b2)(4b2_b4_1)then what is the value of a4+b4

Answer:

a4 + 1 = [a2/b2](4b2 - b4 - 1)

Put b = 1 in the above equation,

⇒ a4 + 1 = a2 × 2

⇒ a4 + 1 - 2a2 = 0

⇒ a = +1

∴ a4 + b4 = 2
