Area of Hall is = L× B
= 20 × 15
= 300 sq.m

Now length of Hall including varandah is
= 20 + 4 + 4
= 28 m
Breadth of varandah = 15 + 4 +4
= 23 m

So Area of Hall including varandah is
= 28 × 23
= 644 sq.m

Area of Varandah = 644 - 300

= 344 sq.m
