I would like to join the Indian Air Force.
Explanation:
- As a kid growing up, I have always been fascinated with aeroplanes and pilots. It always used to mesmerize me that how a pilot can fly so high in the sky.
- Also, I come from a very patriotic family, my mother had a deep desire in her for me to become an air force commander.
- When I reached my teens, I started working on my physical strength and grades just to join the Air force.
Joining the Indian Army
As a patriotic and proud citizen of India, I would definitely want to join the Indian Army. Just like certain countries such as South Korea have mandatory enlistment for men above the age of 19 for at least 1 year 6 months, similarly, I believe India should also have such laws to give a taste of military service to everyone. I think it should not be gender biased but open for everyone, men or women. Training through the strict schedule will help us discipline ourselves and in turn, make us responsible adults. Joining the Indian Army and having the tag of being a soldier is a matter of pride and honour for every citizen. Therefore if I were ever given the chance or opportunity to become a part of the Indian Army, I would most definitely be highly obliged to be able to accept it.
