Gametes for AaBBCc: 
ABC, aBC, ABc and aBc. There are four possibilities in this case, because the individual is heterozygous for two of the genes and homozygous for gene B. There is a 25% chance of each gamete.
After making Punnet square we will find that there will be 16 gametes formed.
