Just to give an idea...
Very poor... Due to modern means anything can be generated artificially even the plants, the egg and the hen. It being cheaper and easily available is widely used in every country. The poor farmer still uses traditional methods to grow crops which not only results in poor product quality but also leads to soil erosion. All modern programs and policy are limited only to cities. Various conditions such as soil air water pollution lead to poor yield.
Lacking of good fertilisers and pesticides.
India is a country with variable climate and states in south suffer in need for rain. No means of irrigation only being dependent on rain. Heavy revenues and taxes are still there in some parts of the country. All this and many leads to the poor condition of farmers in India
Hope this give u an idea and is helpful...
