Please help me to complete my maths home work.

a { }^{2}  + ab - 2b - 2a
IT is a quadratic equation.

so

Solution .
a(a + b) - 2(a + b)
=>
(a - 2)(a + b)

ab - 2b +  {a}^{2}  - 2a \\  \\  =  {a}^{2}  + ab - 2b - 2a \\  \\  = a(a + b) - 2(b + a) \\  \\  = a(a + b)   - 2(a + b) \\  \\  = (a - 2)(a + b)
