Step 1: First draw a line BC length 3.8 cm .

Step 2: Now at point C make make ∠ BCD 60°.

Step 3: Now at point C, draw an arc of 4.3 cm and name it as point D.

Step 4: Now taking D as centre, draw an arc of 4.8 cm .

Step 5: Now at point B, draw a arc of 3.6 cm which cut the previous arc name point A .

Step 6: Finally join AB and DA

Thus, ABCD is required quadrilateral.
