then C is the midpoint of AB

x coordinate of C = x1+x2/2

y coordinate of C = y1+y2/2

where, x1=x, y1=y

x2= -7, y2=6

x coordinate of C = x+(-7)/2

-1=x+(-7)\2

-1×2=x+(-7)

-2=x+(-7)

-2+7=x

5=x

y coordinate of C = y+6/2

6=y+6/2

6×2=y+6

12=y+6

12-6=y

6=y
