ABC and DEF are two similar triangles such that DE=AB+4cm. The areas of ABC and DEF are 100cm^2 and 144cm^2 respectively. Find the length of DE.

I believe that the question is wrong the son of second part is
we knows AR ABC is similar to DEF
hence
ab^2/DE^2=100/144. (by area theorem)
=ab/DE is 10 /12
