ABC is a right angle triangle atB.Mand N are respectively the mid-points of sides AB and AC. Show that ar(BNC)=ar(BMC)

proof
we know that by mid point theorem, MN is // BC
and in this case,BC is the common base so as they are triangles b/t same //s and on the same base,their areas are equal
