Force 2 = (K*Q*16Q)/(4a)2

Force 2 = 16KQ2/16A2

Force 2 = KQ2/A2

Net Force = SqRoot (Force1)2 + (Force2)2

                 = (2Force)2  ..............    [Force 1 = Force 2]

                 = SqRoot 2 * Force

                 = SqRoot 2 * (KQ2/A2)
