Answer:

Given that ∆ABC~∆PQR

and also AB:PQ=4:5........eq1

Required one is Ar(∆ABC)/Ar(∆PQR)= ?

we know that Ar(∆ABC)=Ar(∆PQR) =(AB)^2/(PQ)^2..........eq2

from eq 1 we get AB=4,PQ=5

substitute the values of AB and PQ in eq 2

we get Ar(∆ABC)/Ar(∆PQR)=(4)^2/(5)^2

=16/25

the correct option is 3
