ABCD is a kite in which AB = AD and BC= DC .Prove that , AC bisects angle A and angle C also prove AC is the perpendicular bisector of BD​

We get two triangles-

triangle ABC and triangle ADC.

Now in triangle ABC & ADC-

  • AD=AB (given)
  • DC=BC(given)
  • AC is common side.

so,

  1. ABC is congruent to ADC.

therefore,

<DAC=<BAC by C.P.C.T.C.

therefore,

AD bisects <A.

Hence proved.
