I am assuming that point O is where the diagonals intersect. Because the diagonals of a parallelogram bisect each other all 4 triangles, while not congruent (unless your parallelogram happens to be a rhombus) are equal in area. So Triangle APD is 1/4 of 64 cm^2 which is 16 cm^2.

denny24: its 56cm2... so triangle APD is 14cm2?
bjeshikanthp59zmn: yes
denny24: okay
denny24: thnx
