AnswEr:

perimeter of rhombus ABCD is 16 cm.

ExplanaTion:

We know that, All sides of rhombus are equal.

It is given that, one side, AB = 4cm,

\therefore AB = BC = CD = AD = 4cm

Now, we also know that, perimeter of rhombus is sum of all sides.

\implies Perimeter of rhombus ABCD = AB + BC + CD + AD

\implies Perimeter of rhombus ABCD = 4 + 4 + 4 + 4

\implies Perimeter of rhombus ABCD = 16 cm.

Hence, perimeter of rhombus ABCD is 16 cm.

AnSwEr :-

  • Perimeter of Rhombus(ABCD) = 16cm

GiVeN:-

  • ABCD is a rhombus

  • AB = 4cm

To FiNd :-

  • Perimeter of rhombus ABCD

SoLuTiOn :-

  • We know that all sides in a rhombus are equal.

So,

AB = BC = CD = DA

=> AB + BC + CD + DA

=> 4AB

So,

  • Perimeter of Rhombus = 4a

  • => 4 × 4 = 16 cm
