Abcd is a rhombus whose diagonals ac makes an angle a with ab.if cos a=2/3 and ob=3cm.find the length of the diagonal ac and bd.

Given that 

OB = 3 Cm
and Cos BAC = 2/3

Now in traingle AOB

SInce it is a right angle triangle

Cos BAC = 2/3
Sin BAC = 1-2/3
 Sin BAC = 1/3

OB/AB = 1/3
Thus
AB = 9
also  tan BAC = 1/2
          OB/AO = 1/2
Thus     AO = 6 Cm

Thus lenght of AC = 3*2 = 6 Cm

and                   BD = 6*2 = 12 Cm
