abcd is a square with ab= 15cm gind the area of the square of bfde.

hi friend,

given AB=15cm

in abcd BD is the diagonal

now ,BCD is a right angled triangle..

BC ²+CD ²=BD²

15²+15²=BD²

225+225=BD²

450=BD²

now ,area of square bdfe is square of any side of square bdfe

→BD²=450 cm²

In Square ABCD,
Diagonal BD=√2 a=√2 * 15=21.21 cm
Since BD is a side of Square BDFE
Therefore area of BDFE=a^2=(21.21)^2=449.86 cm^2
