if BD AND AC ARE the diagonals then both the triangles are congruent that is ADB congruent to ABC .Taking AOB as common we can say that ar (AOB)=ar (AOC)

since abcd is a square all the angles =90^o
also diameter=14 cm 
therefore radius=7 cm
area of quadrant DAB=ABC =1/4*22/7*7*7=77/2
